-Founder/developer of “wounded warriors for surfing” program at Del Mar Lifeguards in conjunction with Balboa Naval Hospital and Challenged Athletes Foundation

-Developed advanced ocean lifeguarding instruction and emergency medical response for Junior Lifeguards at Del Mar Lifeguards

-Founded and developed adaptive marine recreation and sports education for the physically challenged at Mission Bay Aquatic Center/SDSU Dept of Physical Education
