Susan Reimer

Susan Reimer emigrated from Canada to the UK in 1993, back to her ancestral roots. American-style muffins were hardly known in the UK at that time, and imported recipes didn’t work due to the difference in flour. So in 1996 she published her own muffin recipes specially designed for the British kitchen. “Muffins: Fast and Fantastic” quickly became a best seller and continues in print thirty years on.
