William Butcher

Hongkonger Bill Butcher was Founding Director of the Language Centres at the HKIVE, and is now an independent writer. Previously, he researched at Oxford and taught at the ENA (Paris).

His main research area is the French novelist Jules Verne, where he is one of the world's leading authorities.
