Lucy Saunders

Milwaukee-based author Lucy Saunders writes about cooking, craft beer and food pairings, for newspapers, magazines, and cookbooks, including DINNER IN THE BEER GARDEN (2014), GRILLING WITH BEER (2006) and recipes from top chefs and breweries in THE BEST OF AMERICAN BEER & FOOD (2007). Saunders teaches classes and workshops at retailers, cooking schools and at the Siebel Institute for Brewing Studies. Saunders interviews beer chefs on beercook.com, and conducts beer and Wisconsin specialty cheese tastings as benefits for nonprofits including the American Homebrewers Association, National Wildlife Federation, the Smithsonian, Milwaukee Art Museum, Wisconsin Public Television and more.
