Dr. Joy Macci is an award-winning global sports innovator, speaker, performance coach, entrepreneur, and United Nations Representative who has spent more than four decades helping athletes, leaders, and organizations unlock their highest potential. As Founder and CEO of Joy of Sport®, Joy of Pickleball®, and Joy of Quantum Sports®, she is the creator of Quantum-Pickleball™, the world’s first neuroscience-based pickleball performance system that integrates brain training, performance psychology, and elite coaching strategies.
