Shawna Kenney

Shawna Kenney is the author of the award-winning memoir I Was a Teenage Dominatrix (Last Gasp), co-author of Imposters (Mark Batty Publisher) editor of Book Lovers: Sexy Stories from Under the Covers (Seal Press), and co-author of Live at the Safari Club: A History of Hardcore Punk in the Nation's Capital (Rare Bird). She has covered arts and pop culture for Playboy, Ms., Bust, Juxtapoz, The Rumpus, and Transworld Skateboarding, among others, while her essays appear in numerous anthologies.
