Larry L. Richardson

Larry Richardson is a 13-year veteran of the military. Richardson started writing poetry in high school and has published the second edition of Songs of Lala, the poet. He is currently working on other books of poetry. Richardson shared, "I love poetry and will use it to inspire people and bring them closer to God." He writes under the penname of LaVan Robinson in honor of his mother, Mary Robinson.

Besides being a poet, Richardson is a screenplay and story writer. He stays busy with the pen, observing life and putting it into his works. He also participates in open mike opportunities to share his poetry.

An avid fisherman, Richardson cites this as his second great passion, after writing. He has an adult son, Audy, who is his cherished soul.
