Bob Wiseman

Bob Wiseman is an active member of Western Writers of America and is a lifetime member of the International Chili Society. He wrote the popular Healthy Southwestern Cooking (over 100,000 in print) and Southwest Lite, and more than 200 of his recipes have been published in periodicals, newspapers and select journals. In addition, he freelances articles on Western history, travel and outdoor. Wiseman and his wife live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Occasionally, you will find him fly fishing along the nearest trout stream, or in the desert prospecting for elusive gold, silver and precious gems.
