A Landscape shaped stone lithograph of a mid-19th century "New England" Farmstead, engraved and published by Nathaniel Currier, James Merritt Ives and Charles Currier. Measures from outside line only 8 x 12.2 inches and to the area to the mount edge 9 x 13 inches approx. hand-colouring is period to the print and NOT new. some age toning to the image and the paper under the mount is slightly lighter, but a nice copy of this scarce engraving. *Company archival records date this to 1870. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
