This is not a book, but rather a folio containing 12 prints of lovely flowers and fruits from China. These prints were adapted and copied from two original books by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. The book was published in 1946. The prints measure 12 x 8" each including the heavy paper on which they are mounted. It would be simple to frame them for a stunning wall grouping. The folio is in Very Good condition. There is a ring showing that a wet cup or glass was set on the front. The red tape of the binding is perfect. The boards have just light wear from bumping at the corners. The prints themselves are excellent. A couple have a slight dog-eared corner. The folio comes from a smoke free home.
