Steel engraving w/ hand colouring Description: Source unknown, to be determined. Artists and Engravers: Made by 'A.H. Payne' after 'G. Perlberg'. Albert Henry Payne (London 1812 - Leipzig 1902) was a steel engraver, painter and illustrator. Although he was English, he lived in Leipzig from 1839. Condition: Very good, given age. Print has been in matting, some discolouration on the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
