Antique print, titled: 'Following the leader.' - The supporters of the election of John Temple Leader. Published by Thomas McLean. Lithograph on wove (vellin) paper. Made by 'John Doyle' after own design. John Doyle (1797-1868) originated from Dublin. He worked on a large series of satirical lithographs between 1829 and 1851. Good, given age. Ample margins, several tears in bottom and left paper edges. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
