Date: 1899 Size: 9 x 11.75 inches Artist: Mucha, Alphonse When Paul Emile Boutigny began publishing Cocorico in 1898, Alphonse Mucha designed the first cover of the magazine and the illustration that accompanied the masthead. That illustration, which is signed in the lithographic stone, graces this front page of No. 25 of the Cocorico series, with a lovely illustration titled 'Les Funérailles' by Willette. Rare and highly collectible. Image measures 9"W x 11.75"H. Ready to frame. Seller Inventory # FR143
