Neuware - A courageous, touching and deeply personal story about mental illness, Dawn Rodger's memoir will shed light on the dark days she experienced before discovering a life of health, happiness and balance. When Dawn, a passionate music teacher and a loving wife and mother, tried medication to ease her symptoms of endometriosis, little did she know this powerful drug would trigger symptoms of depression. She soon went down a spiralling path of debilitating anxiety attacks, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and hospitalization. Her marriage began to fall apart and she hit rock bottom. Dawn desperately cried out for help from God as she tried to understand how to break herself free from the darkness that consumed her. In this unflinching memoir, Dawn shares the incredible story of how she managed to emerge from the darkness, explore her haunted past and heal herself with the help of God and the blessings of family and friendship.
