Paperback. Every person around us carries wisdom within them, wisdom we can hear if we listen closely and attentively. Why do we need to listen to this? Because then we can learn from each other through our successes, mistakes, struggles, challenges we face, and solutions we find. No matter the time or place, throughout history people have faced similar challenges and struggles. And all the solutions to those difficulties have come from following the same guidelines or principles. In the book You Against You, Rangika Ekanayake shares 30 of these timeless guidelines through real-life stories and experiences supported by scientific explanations. So, no matter which challenge you are facing at the moment, you can find guidance within. But the most important task is still in your hands: to practice these shared lessons and apply them in your life. It is about using them to bring out your best self, one day at a time. This book is designed so you can keep it with you and read it anytime, anywhere, even if you have only a few minutes to spare. So, keep it, read it, use it, and share it. Remember, it is always You against You. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability. …
