The macrocosm that we as cultural beings constantly change also influences the microcosm of our cells. This has consequences not only for our diet, lifestyle, and medicine, but also for dealing with our environment and resources. And it has consequences for the rules we impose on ourselves as free people to survive. Due to the outstanding importance of the relations, three new terms are proposed in this book: the relationom respectively, the relationome, the relationom research, and the relationomic medicine. Because everything is connected. We live in relationship to everything that is out there and within us, indirectly and directly. That is why the consideration of relationomes of the macro- and microcosm is fundamental in relationomic medicine. Relationomic medicine is a practical science in which relationoms are in focus in terms of their importance for the prevention, emergence and cure of diseases.
