It is not intended to be an complete or an exhaustive examination of each of the many gures in this area but is only a brief introduction to their life and work. e overwhelming majority of these biographies are of men, and many were priests, which isa re ection of society and the Church were few women have had the same opportunities to purse these interests and to have been recognised for them.Terrence J Kelly SJ is an Australian Jesuit, born in Bunbury, Western Australia and who has spent over forty years teaching science, physics and science and religion courses at senior levels n Jesuit secondary schools in, Perth Melbourne and Adelaide.
