Poor jacket is tattered, torn and creased, black boards have minor wear, binding sound, internally clean. In 1989, Nissan/Datsun celebrated the 20th anniversary of its extraordinary Z Car with the release of the 1990 300 ZX, ushering in a new generation of brilliantly designed sports cars. Little did the designers of the first Z know that this roomy, two-seat coupe would enter its third decade having sold more than a million cars.Z Car is an exhaustively researched profile that traces the car's evolution from its birth in 1969 through the 300ZX, describing with excellent photographs and colourful prose the attributes that made it the most popular sports car in history.
