Item description from seller

Circa 1903. 282pp, bound in a Victorian illustrated cloth, gilt still bright, floral endpapers, illustrated. This book was stored with a brown paper cover over it, which allowed the book covers to remain in Very Good Condition, but the paper covers were pasted onto the inside portion of the book covers, leaving a residue and portions of the paper. Church library bookplate inside cover [only library marking]. Small label inside back cover for Henry K. Van Siclen, Bibliopole, New York City. Foxing to outer page edges, slight lean.
