In fair condition. Moderate wear to extremities with scuffing to corners and hinges. Modest soiling with light staining to front board at bottom edge. Scuffed overall. Gilt finishing bright. Pastedown toned and foxier with loss exposing board. Worming to front fly leaf. Small tear to first engraving in front on left edge. Tissue guard intact. Significant age-staining throughout with dampness marks and foxing. Free of known markings. Binding remains tight and intact. Please see photos.
