Paperback. That place is Yomuri. So many days and nights awake, imagining the arrival of the enemy, and again with the bureaucracy. What a lack of logic there is to everything. Eliza needs to leave her lovesick father in a nursing home, but he refuses. They then take a train south in search of a scurry half sister and a fathers dream to appease his broken family. In their pilgrimage, they come across a group traveling in the same direction, on their way to retake their ancestral land. Soon they realize they are united by a common past. Father and daughter join the quest, filled with mind-blowing characters and situations, that will lead them to experience uncertainty and contradiction. With a dazzling narrative where images and objects often take protagonism, this Cynthia Rimsky novel displays worlds and abysses in which imagination, laughter, and curiosity set in motion an unforgettable adventure.
