The life of a woman is complex from the moment she is born. As she matures into an adult, the intricacies of such complexity only begin to magnify. If she is not careful, the world will quickly place labels upon her and give her a tidy box to fit into. The rules and constructs of her box will tell her who she is, how she is to be, and what she can or cannot have. As long as she fits into her perfect little box, she will be fine. But if she fails to meet their standards, she will be discarded and "they" will move on to the next. The Yoke of Perfection tackles challenging issues such as faith, family identity, purpose, forgiveness, and of course, perfection. Through observations and studies of social contexts as well as biblical concepts, The Yoke of Perfection is sure to have you reevaluate events in your life, whether present or past, and offer encouragement on how to move forward being a healthier, happier, and more whole version of yourself.
