General age wear-shelf wear and rubbing. Hinge cracked at the last section (Advertising) of the book, but holding together fine. Internally sound and clean. No writing found inside except for the owner's name. Heavy stock paper used for the pages. Interesting art work from Genevieve Field is featured on the endpapers and section title pages. A Forty-niners Gold Rush pioneer theme is used. Class pictures, activities, and lots of ads for local businesses are included.
