Wake up from corporate sleepwalking and reclaim your life
Imagine waking up on Sunday without that heavy brick of Monday dread settling on your chest.
What if you could navigate the corporate game with total clarity while keeping your personality intact?
Imagine transforming your rigid "career prison" into a vibrant, multi-dimensional life portfolio.
Saurabh Tripathy is a corporate survivor who spent over a decade navigating the high-pressure corridors of tech giants like Apple, IBM Research and Adobe.
After realizing he had optimized his entire existence for a performance review, he developed these field notes to find a human way to exist inside the machine.
Drawing from his own transformation and the successful pivots of peers: from "disgusted coders" to cloud champions, he answers one question:
How to reclaim your personal agency without quitting your job or sacrificing your stability?
In this book, you will learn:
- The "Agency Audit": Five specific zones where your power is leaking and how to plug them immediately.
- Why you must go on a "Career Safari" before you ever think about updating your resume.
- The "Vending Machine" Fallacy: The shocking reason why showing up reliably never leads to a promotion.
- How to use the "80/20 Truth" to identify the only two things your company actually cares about for your next level.
- The "Pulse Check" secret for stopping being the frustrated expert and starting being the effective leader.
- Why a mentor is helpful, but a "Sponsor" is the only person who can say your name in the rooms that matter.
- The physical breath-control hack to overcome the chest-tightening anxiety of high-stakes boardrooms.
- Why your brain literally "deletes" entire years of your life—and the "Novelty" ingredient needed to stop the fog.
- The "Useless 1:1" technique that forces your manager to provide specific growth timelines.
- How to use "Corporate Perks" to fund a secret self-reinvention that has absolutely nothing to do with your job.
- The "Sunday Night Brick": A psychological strategy to dismantle work anxiety before it starts.
Pick up your copy today to stop sleepwalking through your career and start living a life worth summarizing.
