WWI-era primer, featuring illustrated short stories (mostly from Mother Goose) in the same format of that the Dick and Jane books would first appear in 1930. 7.25'' x 5.25''. Original green cloth stamped in black. Illustrated in color and black and white. 160 pages. Small spot to rear board, bits of edgewear. Shallow line of dampstain to bottom margin, else clean with no owner or school markings.
