Developed to empower nurses and healthcare professionals to embrace their unique voice and establish a consistent writing practice, Writing Resiliency: Sharing Your Voice to Make a Difference in Healthcare inspires readers to incorporate writing into their everyday routines with emphasis on personal growth and dissemination. Guided by a resilience-based framework created by the authors, the book underscores the importance of purposeful writing over time and its positive impact on personal and professional development.
As a complement to "how to" writing books, this book features a highly personal storytelling approach that reflects the experiences of the authors. The book guides readers through a variety of topics that support a sustainable and fulfilling writing practice, including expressing your own voice, intention, overcoming rejection, and the intrinsic value of writing. New writing insights, encouraging reflective prompts, and personal anecdotes foster thoughtful engagement and the cultivation of a consistent writing practice.
With a unique, contemporary focus, Writing Resiliency is the perfect resource for nursing and healthcare professionals who are motivated to leverage their voices and expertise to make a difference with writing as a craft in meaningful ways.
