This invaluable text explains how to compile and structure different forms of writing in occupational therapy, using easy-to-follow templates for capstone projects and publishable manuscripts.
Now aligned with the 7th edition of APA standards, the book can be used to help in the writing of needs assessments, case reports and case series, program evaluation, general research studies, intervention effectiveness studies, and instrument development and testing studies. This new edition also includes invaluable advice on writing a literature review, as well as harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) without invalidating a piece of writing. Embedded exercises assist readers to construct manuscripts step-by-step. The book also explains the publication process to guide readers to frame manuscripts in accordance with common publication expectations.
Illustrated with numerous examples throughout, and featuring essential guidance on both style and form, this is a wonderful resource whether you’re a doctoral student writing as part of your capstone project, or an educator publishing for professional advancement.
