This appears to be a workbook used at a seminar/training session. This type of material tends to be rather ephemeral and does not often reach the secondhand and collectible marketplace. This is a fascinating snapshot of the communications process and perspective at the end of the 20th Century. Good. No dust jacket as issued. Highlighting/underlining. Some ink marks noted, but most of this workbook is not filled in. Slightly undulated.
