Review
'I recommend that teachers examine the Cambridge Skills for Fluency series ... there is something here for everyone, and some will find that there is quite a gold mine between the pages of these volumes.' Cross Currents
'Writing 1 is an excellent resource book not only for pre-intermediate level. The units as a whole, or a selection of activities, can be used independently and the interactive tasks easily lead to further discussions.' ETAS, 1993
'This is a useful book and the detailed contents page and 'Map of the Book' allow for continued work through the book or concentrated work on particular activities. It is, therefore, a useful addition to any classroom with its wide range of subject matter and activities.' TESOL Links, Vol 21, 1991
