We live in an on-demand, all-you-can-eat, immediate-delivery society and it’s choking us. It’s easier to say yes to the extra episode, extra slice and extra 5 minutes than to say no. But life is full of choices. We can choose to do things differently. We can break the chains. If you want a life with more success, happiness and freedom this book will help you to choose you.
Every change starts with a decision. In Wride’s deep dive into uncovering life’s “12 Chains” readers identify the chains in their own life, gain the power to say no, craft a vision for the life they really want and start taking the steps towards living it.
Wride continues by teaching readers the importance of mindset and beliefs, how to deal with roadblocks and the difference between happiness and freedom.
Uncovering and breaking the chains in his own life enabled him to:
- Heal a broken neck without 6 hours of surgery
- Give up alcohol
- Complete a 365-day challenge to record and post a 2-minute video
- Redesign his business to have more time freedom
When we decide to change and build consistency through action, the positive impact it can have on our lives is breathtaking.
