All items are described as accurately and completely as reasonably possible. Right of withdrawal
A qualifying consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must communicate a clear decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. The buyer may do so through the AbeBooks order system or AbeBooks messaging service.
After communicating the decision to withdraw, the buyer must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after providing the withdrawal notice.

Unless Weirdpaper Books and Collectibles agrees otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item under the right of withdrawal. This does not apply when the return results from an incorrect item, shipping damage, a material discrepancy in the description, or another circumstance for which the seller is responsible under AbeBooks policy or applicable law.
For an eligible withdrawal, the refund will include the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or expedited delivery service may be excluded from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The refund will be processed through AbeBooks using the applicable original payment method. The refund may be withheld until the returned item is received or the buyer supplies acceptable evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
The buyer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and condition.

Shipping Terms
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days after confirmation through AbeBooks. Weekends, postal holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect handling or delivery times.
Orders ship from San Antonio, Texas, USA. Shipping services are selected according to the item’s size, weight, value, destination, and the shipping option purchased by the buyer. Standard domestic shipping may use USPS or another appropriate tracked service. Expedited orders generally use a priority-class service.
Tracking information will be entered through AbeBooks whenever tracking is available. Delivery dates shown by AbeBooks or a shipping carrier are estimates rather than guarantees.
Items are packaged according to their format and condition:
Books and paperbacks are protected against ordinary handling and moisture and are shipped in an appropriately sized mailer or box.
Comic books and magazines are normally placed in protective materials and supported with rigid packaging appropriate to the shipment.
Posters and prints may be shipped flat or rolled, depending upon their dimensions, value, condition, and the safest available method.
Fragile, unusual, or higher-value collectibles receive additional protective packaging when appropriate.
Multiple items purchased in the same order may be combined when they can be safely shipped together. Any shipping adjustment or refund will be processed through AbeBooks.
Shipping charges are based on expected packaging, weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. Exceptionally heavy, oversized, unusually shaped, or high-value items may require an additional shipping charge. Any request for an additional amount will be communicated through AbeBooks before shipment, and no additional charge will be imposed without the buyer’s approval.
Signature confirmation, insurance, or another enhanced delivery service may be added to higher-value orders when appropriate. A buyer who requires a specific delivery service should contact us through AbeBooks before placing the order.
International buyers are responsible for ensuring that an item may legally be imported into the destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, brokerage fees, and similar destination-country expenses are the buyer’s responsibility unless collected and remitted by AbeBooks or another marketplace service during checkout.
Customs processing and international postal delays are outside the seller’s direct control. Customs declarations will accurately identify the contents and transaction value. We cannot mark a commercial purchase as a gift or intentionally enter an inaccurate value.
Weirdpaper Books and Collectibles does not currently ship orders to Germany.
Orders are shipped to the address supplied through AbeBooks. Buyers should confirm that the address is complete and accurate before ordering. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Packages returned because of an incomplete address, an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim, unpaid customs charges, or another buyer-related delivery issue will be reviewed after the item is returned to us. Any refund will be determined according to the item’s condition, the circumstances of the return, and AbeBooks’ applicable policies.
