Every place should exist on a map. Aeterna does not.
When cartographer Elias Vermeer discovers a hidden city during a journey through the mountains, he finds a place that should not exist on any map.
Aeterna.
A city where clocks stand still, memories behave strangely, and ancient passages lead to places that do not always exist in the same way.
Deep beneath the city lies a network of chambers, rings, and ancient mechanisms, built by the vanished First Architects and connected to the mysterious Heart of Time.
When that system begins to move again, the first Breaches appear. Past and present begin to overlap, lost memories return, and Elias hears a voice that should be impossible.
The voice of Ruben.
Together with unexpected allies, Elias descends deeper into the secrets of Aeterna. But every discovery brings him closer to a truth the city has kept hidden for centuries.
Because time cannot only be measured.
Time can break.
The City Without Time is the first book in The World of Eryndor: The Chronicles of Aeterna - an epic fantasy adventure filled with hidden cities, ancient mechanisms, lost memories, and a mystery far greater than a single city.
Some places do not disappear from the map. They wait until someone finds them again.
