These books are very readable, with bright, clear, unmarked pages. Their flaws are consistent with their age; please see photos for details. There is some slight wear on the spine section of the covers of both books. In the first volume, the back board is separating from the spine. In the second volume, the binding is somewhat loose, though not broken. There is very light age-related spotting along the fore edge of the pages. The slipcase is heavily worn but sturdy, with some paper peeling from the exterior. Placitas Community Library is a small rural library located in an unincorporated area. All proceeds help pay for the operating expenses of the library.
