Volumes three and four of a six volume set of The Works of Thomas Moore, in attractive half-calf binding. Published by A. and W. Galignani of Paris, although in English, the works comprise all his melodies and ballads, the first time published without the accompanying music. Includes the bookplate of one Thomas Stephen Coppinger of Middleton to pastedown. In half-calf binding with gilt detailing and paper-covered boards. Externally smart, there is minor wear to the boards and joints, as well as some slight strain to hinges. Internally, the pages are firmly bound and are largely bright and clean, although there are instances of spotting throughout. Very Good Indeed.
