2 volumes. xlviii, 864; xii, 858. Vellum spines with red leather title labels and gilt decoration, over red cloth boards with gilt Liverpool Collegiate School devices to the front boards. With top edges gilt and ribbon book marks to each binding. Frontis portraits of Charles Lamb to each volume. Some wear and a little darkening to the spines, alongside slight rubbing to the gilt decorations. With Liverpool Collegiate prize inscriptions date 1911 to the front paste downs of each volume, and some edges uncut. The Oxford edition of the collected works of siblings Charles and Mary Lamb, best known for their children's collection Tales from Shakespeare. 8vo. Prize Binding.
