Paperback. Remodeling or adding on to your home is a major project. There are many steps that need to be taken before your problem can be solved, permits procured, and construction is complete. At any point along the way you can make a mis-step that can cost you thousands of dollars, or many extra weeks or months of time. In Work With An Architect, David Locicero, architect, guides you through the process of working with an architect. He explains what you can expect from your architect at every stage. Projects are completed in phases. David explains what these phases are, what happens during each phase, and why it is important. Armed with this information, you will be better prepared for the journey from problem house to dream home. This item is printed on demand.
