Slight shelf wear. Pages in text body, fine. Is your work productive? Do you take time for play? In this book, Judith Provost describes how to achieve balance in your life through the exploration of Carl Jung's psychological types. Each type can benefit from finding equilibrium in their work and play, and Provost discusses how this balance will ultimately prevent burnout and allow you to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. Using case studies, Provost illustrates how to find play at work, why play is different at various stages of life and how work and play affect relationships. Card at front, stamp at page edge. 117 pages. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
