Paperback. No study of the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s is complete without a close look at Martin Luther King Jr.'s role. This carefully researched book is an invaluable source of biographical information and uses King's own powerful words to tell the story of his life and the fight for equality. The Montgomery bus boycott, the March on Washington, and the Civil Rights Act are among the highlighted historic events. Readers will discover how King's words have significance today, years after his tragic death, as people still strive for equality. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
