Not ex library. 320 pages. Tight. Two former owners' names and addresses inside front cover, notes in ink on at least two pages, pages yellowed, some foxed, edges of front pages worn. Green textured cloth cover over boards, titles on spine and front totally faded, cloth worn through to boards at ends of spine and corners. This volume is in noticeably poorer shape than volume 4 which had the same owners, possibly poorer materials due to wartime printing shortages. Indexes at front: two- and three- move studies, problems. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Bookseller Inventory # 031747
