It’s time to kick off an adventure with the Wonder Team!
When Leah discovers a mysterious time capsule with her two best friends, she opens up a whole new world of adventure! Transported a hundred years back in time, Leah, George and Mimi make an unexpected discovery – women’s football has been banned!
Along with their new friend Dot, Leah and the team must work together to make sure the all-important Championship Cup final still goes ahead. But with a mysterious figure working hard to ruin the team’s chances, Leah is in a race against time to put the clues together and catch the culprit before it’s too late!
Written with debut author Jordan Glover and with brilliant illustrations by Robin Boyden, this is the perfect book for children aged 8 - 12! Don't miss Leah's next adventures in The Wonder Team and the Pharaoh’s Fortune and The Wonder Team and the Rainforest Rescue!

About the Author
Leah Williamson plays as a defender for Arsenal and captained the Lionesses to victory in the UEFA Women's Euro 2022.
As the first captain in the men’s or women’s senior teams to lead England to a European victory, Leah is uniquely positioned to motivate and inspire younger generations, and her first book, You Have the Power, is her empowering guide for children.
Jordan Glover grew up with her nose perpetually lodged in a book and as an adult, not much has changed. After completing her History Degree at The University of Edinburgh in 2014, Jordan trained as a teacher and taught Key Stage 2 before becoming a full-time writer. She now holds a Master's Degree with Distinction in Creative Writing from the Open University.
When not searching for magic and adventure between the pages of her current read, you can find Jordan living in Cambridgeshire, embarking on thrilling escapades with her husband, son, cat, and dog. The Wonder Team and the Rainforest Rescue is the third instalment in the bestselling The Wonder Team series.
Robin Boyden is a freelance illustrator based in Herefordshire in the West of England. In 2007 he graduated from University College Falmouth with a First Class Honours Degree and soon after completed a Masters in Art and Design. Robin works in the picture book and middle grade fiction market and is the illustrator of the bestselling Wonder Team series by Leah Williamson and Jordan Glover.

Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
