In Women Seen and Heard: Lessons Learned from Successful Speakers, women leaders share their wisdom on how they prepare for and deliver dynamic presentations, whether at work to teams and managers, in formal conference settings, or at community and political events. This indispensable book advises how to overcome anxiety, think more strategically about your desired outcome, underscores the particular importance of doing fact checking, and the value of using anecdotes from your cultural background. Worksheets and checklists help readers get organized as they prepare their remarks.
