In 1919 she was appointed Labour Party Woman Organiser for Wales, a post she held for 29 years. Includes political writings from her many campaigns on issues such as votes for women, improving living conditions and the plight of miners. With a foreword by Baroness Kinnock.
About the Author: Ursula Masson is a lecturer in History at the University of Glamorgan, specialising in women's history.
