Aboard the Voyager, Orion Vale, a battle-worn pilot, crosses paths with Isla Rae, a mysterious diplomat from a distant alien world. Their encounter begins with a passionate, no-strings-attached night, but what starts as a fleeting moment turns into a desperate struggle for survival. As the galaxy teeters on the brink of war, the Voyager is sabotaged, trapping Orion and Isla together. With the ship falling apart and enemies closing in, they uncover a shocking truth: Orion is the key to a galactic prophecy that could change the fate of the universe. Isla's mission is no accident-she was sent to recruit him. But as their attraction deepens, so does the danger. Forced to confront their feelings and the looming war, they must decide whether to sacrifice everything to stop a galaxy-destroying faction. When Isla makes the ultimate sacrifice to save Orion, he is left with one final, impossible choice: escape alone, or stay and finish what they started, knowing it will cost him his life.
