Paperback. "The Woman in Black" offers the reader a rare glimpse into the fascinating, high-stakes world of international investigation as a globetrotting private eye, Ethan Eshed, pursues embezzlers, murderers, kidnappers and terrorists across several continents in cases ranging from fraud to espionage. Zigzagging from the United States, Europe, Asia and Israel, Eshed's crime-solving hits too close for comfort when a killer frames him for murdering a German aristocrat. With unabashed openness, sensitivity, and most of all, an insider's perspective, author Moti Shapira exposes the secretive inner workings of international crime-busting while examining the fine line between pursuing justice and breaking the law.
