When Red Riding Hood learned that love doesn't need a crown.
I've been gone from the woods for only two days, and suddenly everyone is thrilled to see me again. Even Jack.
Especially Jack.
He kisses me like he's afraid I might disappear if he lets go-but the timing couldn't be worse. What is he thinking? That one hard kiss can stop me from finding my prince from the ball?
Jack says I wouldn't recognize love if it ran me down with a coach.
Please. I should teach him a thing or two about love.
I'm going on this journey! He can come with me... or not.
Jack here.
And for the record? Following her was a terrible idea.
The farther we travel, the worse this gets-winter nights, bad plans, and the crushing realization that asking Phillip for help with the whole prince situation was a huge mistake. I'm in deep, ugly trouble.
All I wanted was to prove I'm enough without a crown.
So why does everything feel like it's falling apart?
Can't we just start over? Please!

About the Author
"I'm writing stories because I can't breathe without."
At six years old, Anna Katmore told everyone she wanted to be an author after she discovered her mother's typewriter on a rainy afternoon. She could just see herself typing away on that magical thing for the rest of her life.
In 2012, she finished her first young adult romance "Play With Me" and decided to take the leap into self-publishing. When the book hit #1 on Amazon's bestseller lists within the first week after publication, Anna knew it was the best decision she could have made.
Today, she lives in an enchanted world of her own, where she combines storytelling with teaching, and she never tires of bringing a little bit of magic into the lives of her beloved readers, too.
Anna's favorite quote and something she lives by:
If your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough.
