Malice Sanguine must be stopped. Only when the dragon-claw dagger is plunged within the demon’s heart can she truly perish.
To defeat the Shadowblood once and for all, Tristan and his battle-weary friends need the aid of the High Wizard.
But as they prepare to revisit her new home of Aramore, Tristan is plagued with terrifying visions of a monstrous, unknown creature. Despite their efforts, he and his friends can’t make sense of the clues—until Malice’s plan becomes clear: she intends to reawaken an ancient, legendary monster—a creature of unimaginable power that causes anything it touches to deteriorate and die.
Joined by Ashley Blanchett and two new allies, the wizards prepare for the harrowing battle on the horizon. In their quest, they unearth lost history from the Haunted Lands, uncovering a forgotten tech-filled world consumed by zombie siege.
Failure is not an option. As Malice rises, the Cadre closes in, and the threat of a ghastly monster crescendos, the fate of Skeletonia—and all the Haunted Lands—rests in their hands.
