Paperback. Hello! The Wizard tells the tale of one of the most powerful magic users in the world and their beginning, the story of the misfortune that brought him on the path of his destiny, granting him more power than most of us can imagine. He detailed his early years to me as he helped me learn the dialect and language of Ascora, as well as teaching me a thing or two of magic to keep myself safe during my travels.A World Afar: Tales from the World of Ascora is set in the mythical land of Ascora, a world completely different than that of our own. From different races, such as the Alva or Hizzike, to magic and adventure, Ascora is a world of wonder and mystery. The stories are based upon those that I met during my travels to Ascora, my personal adventures that led me to meet a wide variety of people and creatures, each happy to share stories of themselves and events they encountered or witnessed. This is the first of those stories, though not the first you need to read. Any of the stories from any volume can be read in any order, most of them have no relation to each other, as I spent a lot of my time in Ascora traveling far and wide, exploring the most distant lands and talking to thousands, if not more, of people, writing notes on the stories they told me.Experience the mistakes of youth that lead to tragedy and despair but pave the way to greatness and legend in the Wizard, the first volume of A World Afar.-The Vagabond This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
