Later leather rebinding. As-is, with boards detached and loss of binding on spine. Front end pages detached, with loss of rear end pages. Text block as a whole remains bound well, with last text page partly detached. Staining remnants within text blocks. Light markings, including 17th Century inscriptions at front. Includes illustrated title page. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.

C. 1639 early printing (with date mentioned on last page). An extremely rare piece of 17th Century English literary anthology of wit. A wonderful candidate for restoration and rebinding.
