About the Author: Edwin Cameron is a Justice in the Supreme Court of Appeal, South Africa and an internationally respected human rights lawyer and AIDS activist. He is an Honorary Fellow of Keble College, Oxford, and of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies, London, and holds a Special Award from the Bar of England and Wales for his contribution to international jurisprudence and the protection of human rights.
