Padded covers bound in white, enamelled, silk-finish paper with sepia illustration on front, minor small cracking at lower front gutter, spine ends lightly rubbed. "The Favorite Folk Ballads" on the back over an illustration of a banjo. Piano score and lyrics. Verses and lovely black and white illustrations follow. Very minor light soiling to covers. A small tan spot in the lower margin that bled through from the music score to the title page. Otherwise clean and crisp.
